Always. We diagnose first, then call you with the exact number. Nothing gets touched until you approve, and the invoice matches the quote.
Do I need an appointment?
For scheduled work, call ahead and we'll hold a bay. If the car dies on you, come straight in and we'll fit you into the queue.
How long will my repair take?
Most brake, battery, tire and diagnostic work is same-day or next-day. Bigger jobs get an honest timeline with the quote, and a call if anything changes it.
Is the work warrantied?
Yes, parts and labor on the repairs we perform. If something we fixed acts up, bring it back and it's ours to make right.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes. After an accident we work directly with your adjuster on photos, storage and the paperwork they ask for. You deal with getting home, we handle the rest.
What if my car can't get to you?
Call the shop. If our truck is available we'll pick the car up and bring it straight to the bays, so you skip the third-party tow bill.
