Stay in the car on highways
On the 22, 78 or the Parkway, the safest seat is yours, belted, wheels turned away from traffic. Only exit on the passenger side if you must.
Call and drop a pin
Mile marker, exit number, or a shared pin from your phone. Any of them gets the truck to the right stretch of road.
Grab what matters
Wallet, phone, meds, charger. Everything else can ride to the shop with the car. It stays locked and stays with us.

Can you bring the car to your shop?
Yes. That is the point. The car lands in our bays so the same people who towed it can diagnose it.
What if I need a jump, not a tow?
Say that when you call. Jumps, lockouts, and tire changes are often faster than a hook, and cheaper.
Do you tow from Elizabeth, Hillside, or Springfield?
Those towns are in range. Call first. If the truck is out, we will say so instead of leaving you on a shoulder.
