Diagnosis first
Codes, fluid condition, leaks, and a road test. We will not quote a rebuild off a phone description.
Fluid service
When a service will actually help, we do it. When the fluid already smells like a burnt clutch pack, we say that.
Leaks and external repairs
Pans, coolers, axles, and sensors. The cheap save, when it is still a cheap save.
Replacement when it is time
If the unit is done we quote the replacement and the timeline. No surprise once it is in pieces.

Hard or delayed engagement
Park to drive takes a second, or first gear slams. Do not keep driving it to work that way.
Red fluid under the car
A leak you can still service is cheaper than a leak you ignored until it ran dry on 78.
Check-engine or trans light
Bring it in for a scan. A trans code is not a death sentence, and a generic shop that skips the test will treat it like one.

We diagnose here and handle the repair path that fits the car: service, external repair, or a quoted replacement. We will tell you which one you are actually looking at.
Can I get a price over the phone?
Not an honest one. Year, make, model, and the symptom get you in the door. The number comes after the diagnosis.
How long will I be without the car?
A service can be same-day. A replacement is not. You get the timeline with the quote, and a call if anything changes it.
It will not move. Can you tow it in?
Yes, if the truck is available. Call the towing line and the car comes to our bays, not a stranger's lot.
